The Collective Tiers
Loyalty tiers are spend-based. You maintain your tier for the next 12 months from the day you earn it.

Tier Qualifications & Maintenance
If current tier requirements aren’t met in your personal 12-month period, you’ll drop to the tier equivalent to your last 12 months of spend.
- You have 12 months to maintain or elevate your status.
- Spend resets annually based on your personal qualification date.
- If tier requirements aren’t met, you’ll drop to the tier your last 12 months of spend achieved.
Redeeming Points
Use your point rewards at checkout, in store and online, for instant savings.
- Rewards are stackable with most promotions and other loyalty offers unless otherwise noted.
- Only one cash reward can be used per transaction.
- Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
