The Collective Tiers
Loyalty tiers are spend-based. You maintain your tier for the next 12 months from the day you earn it.

Tier Qualifications & Maintenance
Elevate or keep your current tier status for 12 months. Level-up to earn rewards faster.
- You have 12 months to maintain or elevate your status.
- If tier requirements aren’t met, you’ll drop to the tier your last 12 months of spend achieved.
Redeeming Points
Use your point rewards at checkout, in store and online, for instant savings.
- Rewards are stackable with most promotions and other loyalty offers unless otherwise noted.
- Only one cash reward can be used per transaction.
- Points expire after 180 days from the day they were earned.

How do I join?
Sign up in-store at checkout or CLICK HERE. Membership is free.
How do I earn points?
Every dollar you spend earns points automatically based on your tier’s multiplier.
How do I redeem points?
Points can be redeemed during checkout for discounted totals. Track your points and status in your rewards wallet or Jungle Boys Florida online account and let your budtender know when you are ready to use your rewards or exclusive loyalty offers.
Refer-A-Friend (AKA Bring Your Crew)
The ins and outs to keep us all compliant.
- Send your whole Crew. But there’s only one reward per friend. No double-dipping.
- Your friend can only be referred one time. If someone else claims them, they’re taken for good.
- Your Crew members will need to verify your existence. Make sure they know your phone number to properly identify your loyalty account. We can’t give points without it.
- Bonus points may take up to 72 hours to post to your loyalty account. Please be patient.
- All good things come to an end. Be sure to send your friends to us before the end of the year. (Or everyone misses out on bonus points!)
Do points expire?
Yes, points expire after 180 days from the day they were earned. We always use your oldest points first to keep your newest points alive longer.
How long do I keep my tier?
Tier status is valid for 12 months. If you don’t meet the required spend for your current tier by the end of the 12-month period, your tier will drop to the tier equivalent of your past 12-months purchase history.
What is Legends Club?
Legends Club is an invite-only, limited access tier, ensuring a curated community of individuals who share our brand pride, our culture, and honor the legacy that makes us Jungle Boys.
Does this work at all Jungle Boys locations?
The Collective applies at all Jungle Boys Florida retail stores.
Where do I check my points and tier?
Your digital wallet link and Jungle Boys Florida online account will show real-time points, available rewards, and tier progress.
