Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the www.jungleboysfl.com website (the “Service”) operated by Jungle Boys Florida (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Jungle Boys Florida and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Jungle Boys Florida.
The Collective – Generic Loyalty Program
Program Overview
The Collective (“Loyalty Program”) is a free rewards program offered by Jungle Boys Florida (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) that allows eligible customers to earn points on qualifying purchases and redeem those points for rewards. Participation in the program is voluntary. By enrolling, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Eligibility
- Must be 18+ with valid government-issued ID or qualified Florida medical cannabis patient.
- Program is available only at participating Jungle Boys Florida locations.
- Enrollment requires a valid mobile number and/or email address.
- Each customer may maintain one loyalty account only. Duplicate accounts may be merged or deactivated at Company discretion.
Earning Points
- Points are earned on qualifying purchases at Jungle Boys Florida retail locations and/or fully completed purchase via Jungle Boy’s Jungle Boys Florida online ordering platform at www.jungleboysflorida.com.
- Discounts, promotions, gift cards, applicable fees, and certain products may be excluded from earning at the Company’s discretion.
- Company may run limited-time bonus point promotions at its discretion.
Redeeming Points
- Points can be redeemed for designated rewards (“Rewards”) at participating Jungle Boys Florida locations.
- One Reward may be used per transaction.
- Rewards cannot be exchange.
- Rewards have no cash value.
Points Expiration
- Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
- “Account inactivity” means no purchase activity at Jungle Boys Florida locations for 12 consecutive months.
- Expired points cannot be reinstated.
Tier Status (Green, Silver, Gold, & Legends Club)
- Tier status is determined by the member’s rolling 12-month spend.
- Members have 12 months to maintain or elevate their tier.
- If tier requirements are not met, members may be moved to a lower tier based on their previous 12-month spend.
- Legends tier may be invite-only and subject to additional criteria or verification.
- Tier benefits may include accelerated point earning, priority access, exclusive merch or gifts, special events, bonus point days, or other promotional benefits.
- Benefits are subject to availability and may change or vary by store.
- Certain tier perks may require member verification or event RSVP.
Member Perks
- Members may receive a birthday-related reward or perk each year.
- Birthday perks are non-transferable and must be redeemed within the stated window.
- Enrollment bonuses or welcome offers may be provided to new members upon joining.
- Offers may require a minimum purchase, opt-in status, or may be limited to first-time members.
- Company reserves the right to limit or discontinue welcome offers at any time.
- Members may earn rewards for referring new customers when those customers create an account and make a qualifying purchase.
- Referral rewards may only be issued once the referred customer meets the defined minimum spend threshold.
- Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals are prohibited and may lead to account deactivation.
Account Status, Opt-In Requirements & Communication
- Members are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information.
- Certain Rewards or perks may require members to be opted into email and/or SMS communications.
- Members may update communication preferences in their account at any time.
Returns & Adjustments
- If merchandise purchased with points is returned, points will not be refunded to the account.
- If a purchase is refunded for any reason, points earned from that purchase may be deducted.
- Company reserves the right to review and adjust point balances at their discretion, and in cases of error, fraud, misuse, or system malfunction.
Fraud & Misuse
- Fraudulent activity—such as creating multiple accounts, manipulating point balances, or abusing promotions—may result in account termination and forfeiture of points.
- Company may audit accounts at any time to ensure compliance.
Program Changes & Termination
- Jungle Boys Florida reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time, without notice.
- If terminated, members may have a limited window to redeem any remaining points, as determined by Company.
- Continued participation after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Jungle Boys Florida
Jungle Boys Florida has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.
You acknowledge and agree that Jungle Boys Florida shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third-party web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Jungle Boys Florida and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.
Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall Jungle Boys Florida, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Jungle Boys Florida its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
Exclusions
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
